✅ Hand made articles are ditto as brand. Majority of our products are hand embroidered and therefore delicate and breakable in their usage, while having a 15%-20% variation possibility.


✅Un-stitched outfits only can be Exchange with other outfits

✅We are selling Master Copies

✅Stitched outfits can alter for fittings

❌ No  money refund of stitched or unstitched outfits

❌ Stitched outfits can’t be exchange or Refund

❌We do not offer cash refunds.

✅We do offer online store credit  of the same value valid for any future purchase.
❌Orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hrs of order placement

❌Sale items are final and not eligible for refunds.

 

 

Exchange Policy 

  • Handmade articles are non-refundable.

  • No cash refunds are offered under any circumstances.

  • Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

  • Stitched outfits cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • Unstitched outfits can only be exchanged (not refunded) if eligible.

  • To claim an exchange or return, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details.

  • Eligible returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags and labels attached.

  • Items must not have stains, scents (perfume/body odor), makeup marks, or water damage.

  • Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items may qualify for exchange.

  • Eligible returns will be compensated with store credit (coupon code) valid for future purchases.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement.
